The casebook is organized around the birth-to-death experience of international financial institutions. The book contains case excerpts, related materials, and detailed problems and notes that are accessible yet challenging. The problems and notes in particular have been repeatedly tested and refined over the course of fifteen years of intensive teaching at four different schools, both at the JD and LLM level.
