This is a small book packed with great relaxation ideas. It's by Dr. Sarah Brew, a medical doctor in the UK. It's a Barnes & Noble publication, along with Ashtanga Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga. While printed over 20 years ago, all of these hold up well. They were printed on quality paper with lovely photos and illustrations.

The table of contents labels each chapter and then has multiple subchapters. The four chapters are titled as follows:

Reclaiming Relaxation
Mind-Body Harmony
The Inner Realm
Relaxation for Life

As I make my way through a few decades of book collecting to cull, I find that the books that focus on relaxation and stress reduction are the ones I find hardest to part with. The acquisition of yoga and meditation books was all a part of me trying to reduce my stress from life and work. However, much of this can now be found online, which wasn't the case when I was buying so many books. There is something to be said for a lovely, comprehensive book where it's all in one place though.

I found the book very repetitive and it contained very little in the way of practical advice. However, the few exercises that the book had to offer were quite nice.
