I received this book for free from the publisher in exchange for an honest review.
This book is basically a collection of quotes from famous women and a few men. The book is divided into short little chapters based on themes like being yourself and caring for the planet.
The selection of women featured was expansive. You had everyone from politicians like Nancy Pelosi and Stacey Abrams to actresses like Jane Fonda and Amy Poehler.
At the end of the book there are short biographies of all the people who were quoted. I kind of wished that these bios were incorporated throughout the book to help break up all the quotes. It got a little tiring reading a bunch of quotes without anything there to mix it up. Having the biographies intermixed would help with that. It would also help give the quotes some context because I’m sure there are some people who read this book who won’t know who everyone is. Also, a lot of quotes would be more impactful if you knew the story behind the woman saying it.
Overall, I would recommend this book to young girls and teens. I think this book would really resonate with them and would make a great gift.

I really enjoy books that are styled like this. A collection of essays, thoughts, or interviews from people all over who got a story to tell. I enjoyed reading and connecting with each person's story getting a sense of who they are and what inspires them.
Women, it seems, has always been the underdog in this world. Women have a lot of expectations to live up to and we are under a microscope, with society picking and pulling us apart to be this way or that. It's hard to have a voice that stands out from the rest. This book allowed the women to be true to themselves and get their messages across.
We need more books like this so others can see where we women, are coming from. I salute her from creating and piecing together this masterpiece.

This book reminds me a lot of Chicken Soup books which I used to devour as a kid/young teen. This was just like that but without the longer stories. It was a quick read but I could understand how younger girls could gain from this. I think I am out of the age range that would best benefit from this book.

The book just feels like the new Chicken Soup of the soul series or style of books. It had stories and essay that work for young girls to find inspiring. This book is target for young girls but women of all ages can find inspirations from the stories.

If you are a reader looking for inspiration throughout your life, check out this collection of quotes that will be sure to lift you up!
This book is targeted for younger girls, but I feel like there's something in it for all of us. From some of the world's most empowering women, we get to explore their advice that can be applied to various aspects of our lives.
This isn't a fictional world, but does include ONLY quotes, so please don't pick this up thinking it will be chapters and chapters of solid content.
I gave this one 3 out of 5 stars. It is a great resource for it's intended purpose, and I think it should be within reach for every young person. It's one of those books that if great to pick up every morning or just here-and-there to remind you of your potential.

September 17, 2020I recently see that book on a random instagrame posts. I want this book intensely. Im teenager , i want to explore myself .and learn things which are totally new to me and i recently have no money .i am happy if the author of this book send me this book for free.
