The Water Thief
After the Water War, a man rose from the flames, hell-bent on revenging North California by destroying South California. . .
Davy Bay , a bloodthirsty thief of water, is on a mission to refill an empty lake at the command of his dead father's ghost. He must bring his father back to life, as the guilt of his suicide eats him alive. To resurrect him, he desperately kills and steals water all across South California , a fiery hellscape where water is worth more than gold, as his father's ghost directs him.

Not for me...
I felt the plot had potential just based on its description...then I tried reading it. Nah. Kind of reads like a homeless person on a metro platform: bizarre, nonsensical, and wandering. SMBSLT
