Wow. I'm just loving this series so far! 2nd book in the Muse Island series is just as thrilling as the 1st! Piper is growing smarter & stronger, and more of "her story" "the legend" is coming into focus! I am so excited for the next book, I cannot wait to see how Piper handles that cliff hanger ;) cause child I am ready but I am not LOL this is probably my first most favorite mythical series of all time. I received an advance review copy for free, and I am leaving this review voluntarily.
Different premise on gods & goddesses, good & evil, sanctuary, and prophesy. I like the characters. I love series, but I don't cliff hangers. However, if you want to read a series, I recommend this one.
Once again there’s an amazing story. Piper ends up helping to solve the murder of a faerie. Action, suspense once again to keep you wanting more. Well written with characters that draw you in.
Kind of felt like a filler in the series but still makes me want to keep reading. So far I would recommend this to people who enjoy fantasy/mystery and mythology shenanigans.
