This book is a good read for anyone who works with SQL, whether or not you're looking for a job. It can be surprisingly tricky to explain things that you think you know!
At its core, this book is a list of questions and answers to help the interviewee land a job as a data warehouse developer with Microsoft SQL Server Integration Services. It delivers on all promises, and offers much more. The book is very well-edited by e-book standards, and it's an enjoyable read - even funny at times. (I laughed at the bit about HR being the angels of death.) I've read a couple similar books by Microsoft MVP's, but didn't find them nearly as pleasant to read or effective as a teaching tool.
My experience with SQL goes back twenty years, and I've been playing around with SSIS for a while, having developed several projects. I actually read this book twice. The first time reading through, I tried to answer the questions off the top of my head and managed solid answers on about half. The second time through I was on solid ground.
Next on my list is the book by the same author, with 450 questions and answers, covering all of SQL and the entire Microsoft BI stack. 450 questions?! That sounds like the job interview from hell, but I'll give it a shot.
