She remained in intensive care and on life support before finally being offered bed at the Royal National Orthopaedic hospital, Stanmore, where she would literally take her very first steps towards her rehabilitation. This inspirational story shows Natalie's pure courage, determination and perseverance to prove her doctors wrong and get back on her feet. It documents Natalie's rehabilitation physically from learning to breathe unaided to walking again and mentally as she adjusts to life after sport.
