Lt. Douglas Boyd stands accused of deserting his command when they were attacked by Sioux warriors. And there's only one woman who still believes he's innocent - the daughter of the officer accusing him...
Very stilted story that hits all of the stereotypical buttons.
So-so cavalry/infantry Western. If you like the John Ford westerns featuring soldiers winning the west, this might appeal. Otherwise, it’s pretty ordinary and cardboard, with the only interest being that cavalry life circa 1867 seems accurately portrayed.
