Andy Davidson tells his story with an easy, conversational tone. My heart ached and rejoiced with him through the physical and emotional ups and downs of his journey on the Appalachian Trail. The story contains a beautiful blend of ordinary and extraordinary characters and miraculous events that gave me a smile. Inspiring.

Honest, painful and inspirational.
A reminder that God is truly the author of our lives. Davidson's 2,000 + mile journey shows us God walks with us through the lowest valleys of our lives and to the highest mountaintops. The message is as important as it is timeless.

Worthy read!
Loved the journey with Andy from anger to grace. The most challenging journey anyone can take after immeasurable loss of a loved one is that one. I recommend this book to anyone who is looking for healing their soul.
