This book is a history of General Vlasov (1901-1946), an army commander and a prisoner of war together with his army in 1942. In captivity, he joined the German army and created the Committee of Liberation of the Peoples of Russia (Komitet Osvobozhdeniia Narodov Rossii (KONR)). The book is a biography of Vlasov supplemented by new documents about this controversial his autobiography; materials of the NKVD investigation; proclamations signed by A.
