Would you like some advice on how to protect yourself? You should always be confident on the way you look and the way you are. This book is great at giving advice! I enjoyed reading this book because it gives you great ideas on how you should always listen to the great advice you get from people on how to be self-defended and not hurting the person as much. Well, for me, I like getting advice because it is good to hear what another person has to say from a different perpective. Most of the time, people succeed in life by getting advice along the way. I recommmend this book to whomever likes to read about serious things in life that still affect us now.
