In their trek to battle evil, they encounter other characters who have their own battles, and Brady and his new companion help fight the good fight. But in a new fractured America, after the Day of Insurgency, how long can Brady and the young Belorussian woman survive in the Radical Midwest? What strange, new threats will they have to confront? Can Brady come to terms with the man he used to be, and can he accept the hero everyone wants him to be? Will Brady discover the chief end of the ancient evil that draws him north and then west? Will Brady discover a new power within, that can stop demons? Find out in the second installment in the Robert Brady series, where the author tackles the supernatural, in Book #2 of The Brady Chronicles - DEAD WRONG.
I am a police officer who also aspires to be a best-selling author one day. Also, I thought maybe if I gave fans a peak at old blog posts, they could really get to see how I think. I don't know if that is a good thing or not, but hey - it's worth a shot. The main thing you need to know about me is that I am a Christian, I am conservative, and I am a pretty opinionated yet laid back kind of guy. I thrive on hearing or seeing a good story, and I have decided to give my own storytelling a try in the world of fiction. I am a family man, with a beautiful wife, and a freaky-intelligent son. I also have three dogs, Toby and Cooper, and our former foster dog who we just had to adopt - Daddy's girl - Layla.
Robert Brady, a legion, and a woman, a Belorussian, move toward a battle with evil.
I love the "supernatural" theme of this book. Made me think of Frank Peretti's "This Present Darkness" and his other spiritual warfare books. This book peeked behind the curtain of this world to look into the unseen.
From page one to the end of the book, I was drawn in. Strong lead characters made this an interesting read. The plot was clever and the action, exciting.
Constant tension filled the pages. New threats popped up throughout the book keeping me guessing. I loved it!
