This is a wonderful book on returning vitality to one's life through exercise of the body, willpower and nutritional eating through the mind, and fasting and meditation by spirit.
This book is, unfortunately, the epitome of new age b.s., with loads of name-dropping and wild, unsupported claims. There's very little to be gained by reading this, other than perhaps by following the suggested exercises at the end of the book, and the un-revolutionary concepts of walking, and the importance of eating nutritious food.
