This is a great overview & introduction in the nutrition, science & technology field. This book has a lot of useful and interesting food and nutrition-related information that you won't stop reading for a long period once you start reading. It's a keepsake not just for a nutrition professional but for everyone who is interested in learning about some nutritional information relevant to general health and some useful tips. Especially loved nutrition part, information is simple and easy to understand, get to know a lot about the nutritive values of various food and nutrition requirements at various stages plus some awesome recipes in food technology part. it's a complete book that provides enormous information on nutrition then how to retain nutrition by adequately storing, freezing methods, etc later how to make use of these nutritious foods in food technology by including various good methods of making jams and jellies.
