I wanted to check this out because we now have it in the library. I feel it is a basic history of the #pride movement. I wish it discussed more about what things were like before 1920 and I also think some of the facts were only partial facts which should have been clarified better. Good for a quick middle age read to get some facts but I think the What Was Stonewall book was much better.

Quick history of modern pride. Frames pride as the movement encompassed by #Pride.

Not much nuance and some things brushed over or partially explained, but not a bad intro to the topic.
