January 30, 2021 It was two years ago ( I was 70 yrs young) and my Kundalini started to move... without warning , out the blue so to speak. About 30 years earlier when I was in a Psychic Mystery School here in San Francisco , I took classes on the subject but shrugged it off as a thing for Indian Yoga Masters ( I was young ).
Getting back to my Kundalini moving ... I had just bought parrot food and was on the bus home when an intense heat it me like a tun of bricks , I'd never felt anything in my life like what was happening to my .... I intuitively startled to began taking deep breaths and keeping as calm as possible ..simply hoping not to loose consciousness on the bus...I made it off the bus and making my connection was out of the question ...when my guides pointed to cool cement pavement under the shade of a beautiful tree , so I made it to the spot and laid my back down on the cool comforting cement sidewalk.... so wonderfully cool cool sidewalk . A few folks walked by and asked If I needed an ambulance and I thank them and said I was just overheated ....Well I made it home and was so drained I went to my bed and slept.
It happened 2 more times in this apt I share with my parrot and the third time I put it all together ..My mystery school teacher who passed on a decade ago showed up and put an ice pack behind my head as I was in a fetal position on my bed.
That was two years ago and nothing is the same today
...ha ha ha .
