Have the kindle edition. This little book is an excellent set of clinical vignettes; each one presents a case requiring an unusual or unorthodox but ultimately practical solution. I utilize it when reviewing teaching cases with my students; some of them have arrived at the same solution the author, others have been stymied, and still others have come up with a new paradigm. Some techniques (like Omar's Slave) I have incorporated into my clinical practice and utilize frequently. However, the best lesson pervading this slim volume is the importance of teamwork and clear communication in avoiding crises.
