I read this book after I ran a small business, and I wish this had been available years ago.
Brandon guides you step by step through the process of banks, marketing, investing in people, customer service, and many other areas that are imperative for building a great business. For people who own an occupational/physical therapy business? This book's a must and an extremely inexpensive investment, considering the kinds of mistakes we make when we are starting off. I also thought the book was fun, entertaining, and always enthralling. Since this book came out, I've gifted it to a number of people -- who run all different types of businesses -- and all of them have said this comprehensive guide is filled with practical ideas that can be applied immediately. Unlike some business books, this one's very readable and very enjoyable.

I don't usually have high expectations for a little practical guide book, but there were actually a few rule of thumb tips that I found very useful.
