It's a bit overwhelming to read about all the things to do in Costa Rica. There are so many tourist activities and interesting things to do, it's hard to narrow down the choices. This guidebook presents numerous options for every place and every interest. I've planned my trip in January using the guidebook; now I hope it all goes smoothly.

Being very inexperienced travelers and first time visitors to Costa Rica - I used this book religiously during our trip. I had looked at a few guides prior to leaving but this book never left my side the week we were in the country. With no pre-planning during the busiest week of the year- we followed her tips/recommendations for lodging, restaurants, must-see spots and activities! They were all excellent! Easy to follow directions, maps and really helpful price guides. ❤️
