Fasting isn't for everyone but I enjoy reading books about all kinds of different nutrition plans because at some point I'm going to become a personal trainer so I try to broaden my knowledge. Nick does a great job of explaining the ins and outs of his controlled fasting plan and if I was to do a fasting plan, this would be it. The recipes and tips in the book is a nice addition for readers to be able to achieve his program.

Fear of fat

Extreme. The author states that fat is necessary then goes on to eliminate all traces of it. A good way to burn fat is to eat it, in moderation. I do the Keto diet and can fast without hunger due to the fats I consume. If I ate how this author recommends, I'd be starving all the time. Not for the average Joe.

Clear, concise, precise and effective instruction. Very impressed with Nick’s expertise in this health and fitness genre that is difficult to find in a sea of information blah blah. Great stuff!

Good quick book about fasting 🍉

Easy to read, good tips and the way the writer express himself is entertaining. He explains the most popular types of fasting and how to make them part of your everyday life not only a temporary diet.

Poorly written. Info is ok but its almost like no one proof read the chapters. Much better books out there about IF
