Quick and easy to read. Have a better understand if the doshas without diving too deep. This would be great for someone just jumping into Ayurveda or used as a quick reference/overview of symptoms.

Gives a good overview of Ayurvedic medicine. A little too general for real application to specific problems.

It's a high overview but I think it's great for someone who is just beginning to learn about it. Also, it makes a nice quick resource in a pinch.
