A introductory review of the overlap between bankruptcy and foreclosure provides great value to those trying to understand the complexities of each. Further, a brief summary of state-level homestead exemptions (related to bankruptcy) and foreclosure proceeding customs (judicial vs. non-judicial) offers a good reference. Overall, good. The structure gives a gentle introduction to many of the foreclosure-specific terms.
