I don't suppose I can actually get mad at a book just for turning out to be exactly what I thought it was going to be; but eh, I think I'm going to do at least a little bit of it here. I learned a couple things from this book and got a few ideas for self-care activities but it wasn't quite as insightful as I'd hoped. Still, I don't regret finishing it.

Extremely short with 30% being resources and index. Light and fluffy on the science, not helpful as a medical resource. It's very touchy feely and I'm very not.
