This is one of those works that cement that Chuck Tingle is a brilliant writer.
I know what you're thinking: This is all a joke. His books are just clickbait with strange titles about getting pounded in the butt and strange amagamations of sentient objects made by Photoshop. And admittedly, there are certain tropes that emerge within the erotica portion of this (like it's still fine and if you're into the content, you'll get a rise from it, but it can get samey). But most people who see these books don't take them seriously and don't think there would be any substance within them. That is where you're wrong.
Each subsequent sequel to the original "Pounded in the Butt by my own Butt" delves deeper into existentialism and the meaning of writing. What starts as a pretty typical story of a scientist creating a clone of his own butt, turns into an author insert story which then puts Dr. Chuck Tingle in the role of a god. These stories are about the process and what it means to be able to create divinely. The erotica is just a bonus to the rest of it.
