While everyone knows and accepts that 1984 is a allegory of Stalinism, there are some people who struggle to accept that Lord of the flies is an allegory of fascism —and, in the last step, of capitalism.

However, Mr York Notes insists again and again that Jack represents Hitler or Stalin. 🤷‍♂️
