A brilliant one for the beginner Aussie real estate investor. As someone who's done a few courses and looked at investing for some time there wasn't as much gold but having met Paul and followed what he's doing, he's the "real deal".
Picked up some tips and tidbits and enjoyed the journey and areas mentioned + he goes into it being more than about the property

This is a Great Book for the beginner investor or for somebody who needs to reassess their strategy. Lots of useful advice and tips from an experienced buyers agent and strategist.
