1st read by this author. This story was a hardcore look at how young girls are led by predators. The storyline showed how Sweetie was lured, caught, and carried down down the rabbit hole. The title was inline with the content. I can say the ending was deserving to a realistic situation. Looking forward to reading more by this author

Great

This book had me going from beginning to end. I love a book that starts off with action in the first few pages instead of dragging on to 3 other chapters. This book was lit for me. So now I'm going to checkout some more of Rosalind People's books. 💣💣💣💣💣(🐘). I placed my elephant symbol for confirmation of me liking this book.

"He introduced me to ecstasy and I was delighted to meet its acquaintance.
I left girlhood the moment he touched my lips with his,

where no man has ever gone before."Young Sweetie who fantasized about being the woman of Gawd. A middle-aged man everyone warns her to stay away from at every turn. As I read, I kept wondering what was Gawd notorious for in the neighborhood or the city. As soon as he noticed her, seduced her and made her his, I sensed things would go downhill from there for our young heroine. Reality hit quick and hard for young Sweetie. The author touches on different types of abuse and does an excellent job of portraying them all. From a technical standpoint, the author delivered a well-formatted novella with no errors to note.

Truly touching

I want to say that the youthful delusions depicted in this book was spot on. It was a very good rendition of predatory old man corrupts young girl. I love how the title matched the subject matter exactly. Very well written.

I enjoyed this story. Gawd was a pedophile who preyed on young girls. Young girls please live your lives and leave these old men alone. If he’s old enough to be your father, he’s too old for you!

The title is self explanatory

This was my first read from this author and I have to say that its a really good story. It was fast paced and had a good message. The unexpected twist is what had me so shocked. Older men can be predators on young girls and manipulate them which is sad. I really recommend this book and you won't be disappointed. I also am gonna check out more of this author's work as well

This is my first read by this author and will not be the last! I am so glad that Gawd got what was coming to him! Preying on young girls and his wife the teacher was no better! All she was looking for was status! Glad Sweetie got justice on Gawd!

Gawd was so low down and I understood why Lisa didn't want any dealings with him. He deserved everything that was thrown his way plus more. Sweetie was hard-headed and realized she was going down a spiral trying to be too grown. When everyone was trying to give her advice she should have been listening but her infatuation with someone who meant her no good turned her into someone different. When her mom whipped her ass I was all for it because she was getting a little beside herself. Gawd was really out doing whatever like he didn't have a whole wife at home but was so busy preying on young girls. I'm glad Lisa came around and was determined to stop Gawd from hurting anyone else. Mrs. Hands had some nerve and should've been mad at Gawd once he was exposed. All candy definitely ain't sweet!

A Cautionary Tale

Five stars for a gripping story about teen Sweetie and her everyday life. This book read like a movie. Heavily saturated with life lessons, redemption and forgiveness i highly recommend this read.

Good read

It was a pretty good read. A little shorter than what expected. Glad Sweetie got it together before it was too late.
