Historical Association pamphlet, providing a concise and clear story of unionist movement in Ireland from its origins in the fight against the first Home Rule bill to the founding of Northern Ireland. But there are also forays to 1813 riots or the Troubles of the time when the pamphelt was published. Mainly a political history, thus sometimes a bit dry but 'agitators inflamed by bad whisky' and other examples of ludicrous propaganda feature.
