Great Book! Very motivational. While I'm not a basketball player, I do love a good BBall Game - that said, Mat's take on Leadership and being the best you can be as a team player really spoke to me. What a fantastic approach to viewing being a leader for everyone in your court - from being a part of a family to parenting to business and beyond.
