Very detailed and knowledgeable book
The author of this book displays a vast array of extremely useful info for youth groups at all levels in great detail. Information from this books is also backed up by statistical data which just adds to the credibility

Very Interesting
I don’t agree with the premise about isolated training with no decision making although in an academy scenario it is perhaps doable. However, the rest of the book is very good.
