This book can be a difficult read at times. It also explained the link between cancer and manmade chemicals. I wonder if the index talked about birth control pills, hair dye, as well as seashell based calcium supplement tablets versus plant based calcium tablets versus dairy based calcium tablets.
I didn't read this all the way through, just chapters I was most interested in. It's a great resource/reference book. I think every woman should have this on her shelf.
