The journal is mostly pages to fill in with stories, thoughts, or drawings. There are a few small articles about music and creativity, walking and creativity, de-cluttering and creativity, and mediation and creativity with some helps on how to get started. I believe this book is intended to go through slowly, specifically on days when you are feeling stressed or just have no creative ideas. The exercises given are intended to give your brain a time-out, so to speak, and reignite your imagination.

A very cute little prompt book that helps stir up the imagination! I got it at the thrift store for $2.99 brand new and I think I’ll give it to my 10 year old niece as a gift. It’s a little more suited to her age to teenagers, but it could also be a boredom killer for adults. Love the idea!
