Chelan is the new teacher and not ready to settle. Gerald is determined to marry her but he’s not the only one who gets her attention. After a lot of drama and adventure she’s ready to give her heart away but is it to Gerald or to one of the other men?
I didn’t like Chelan very much, at the start of the story she was just a spoiled girl but the title is well chosen. She awakens to be a better person. I really enjoyed this book!

Awaken is Chelan Ferguson, the new teacher of Aspen Glen who is trying to find herself, story. Add horses, school bullies, and child abuse to the mix. While not often fond of first person narratives, Marlene Bierworth is a talented writer and first person narrative works for this series, where each main character tells the story from her point of view. Looking forward to the next story in this binge worthy series.

Good Clean Read

I will confess I had trouble getting into this book. But the author is good and I got hooked in the characters and the story. So read this series and this book for a Good Clean Read.

Very long, far fetched and rediculous story, don't bother buying or reading! Definitely not worth it! Just plain silly and ridiculous
