This edition has much to recommend it, especially for classroom study. I would point out, in particular, the “Socratic commentary,” which consists almost entirely of questions for readers to ponder, as well as the judicious inclusion of significant Greek words in parentheses in the main text (a practice which aids careful reading for those who don’t have Greek). The translation is also split up into 24 sections (each with a corresponding section of commentary), making it even easier for classroom discussion to proceed in an orderly manner.
