This is the 2nd part in a new serial that is a spin-off from Called by the Bear and is about their children. It is for adults only due to content. This is a serial, and it means this is a part of the whole and not a whole book. If you do not like cliffhangers, you may want to wait until the serial is complete.
This story is told from several viewpoints and is the continuation of part 1. Audrey gets magic which she is happy about because she thought she didn’t have any. Madison and Josie are bonding and realize they have more in common after some trouble at a party. Madison has found her mate. I can’t figure out if Josie is going to be good or bad in the end. Max is confused, and he is probably getting into some trouble. Audrey is still working on trying to locate her brother. There is lots of stuff happening at the same time, and I still have no idea which direction everyone will go. I can’t wait to see what happens next!
I recommend to bear shifter fans who enjoy serials and don’t mind cliffhangers while this serial is not complete!!

Audrey comes back home after the call that her brother is missing and the anger she feels allows her powers to surface and even to be able to at least discover that he is alive. Her knew found powers also allow her to see her future mate Max in a situation that surprisingly angers her. Meanwhile Max can't get it in his head the electric shock he feels when Josie touches him, he already has a mate and he is on his way to Audrey now.
Josie is beginning to question the Eradicators teachings about shifters, she discovers that she doesn't have to look hard for a mate to infiltrate the bear clan, she finds him without even trying, problem is he runs from her and she won't allow him to get away.

wow this series is so much fun.. i loved the original series but this one is just fun.. its interesting and fast paced.. makes me happy and keeps me curious to see what is next plus i cant wait for the next one to come out because this one was so good.

Audrey is looking for more ways to help find her brother and her mother has a new idea....so they head to Elise's to see if Audrey can finally unlock her magic...all they have to do is find the trigger to possibly jump start it!
Max is trying his hardest to get to his fated mate but when he has car problems he is not sure how to make it to her.
Madison has decided to get out of her comfort zone and go to a party with her roommate Josie. Madison meets Trent at the party who is cute and sweet but she thinks that he is a player although he seems to be only paying attention to her.
When Josie hears Madison scream in the room next to hers (at the party) she realizes something isn't right..Josie puts two & two together and figures out that Trent is a bear shifter but also Madison is his mate.

Then there is sweet Madison who meets Trent. And let's not forget the messed up Josie who is part were bear but still going to help the Eradicators kill all her people or what will she do next?
OMG I love this story . It ha s me hooked and I can't wait for the next book to come out! There is action, mystery, drama, intrigue, and so much more. The characters are fantastic. I couldn't put it down so don't miss it.

So few pages so much happening. Once again the author has filled us with action, characters, new revelation and plenty of steam in a short read. Audrey has power. She's always thought she was the only one without any. Not only does she have power, but it is also stronger than anyone.
Max is following his mate but that's not simple either.
Connell is missing and everyone channels their gifts and strengths to find him. Will they? do the Eradicators have him? They want the entire werebear population gone.
So many questions, so few answers. With each installment, we learn a bit more, meet a few more of the important characters. All I can say is MORE!

Holy cow! I was hooked from the beginning and glued to the edge of my seat. This is NOT a stand alone and must be read in order. Be prepared for a cliffhanger as well as twists and turns. Audrey is back home and doing what she can to find her brother.... including coming into her powers. There is more to her than meets the eye. Her mate, Max, is on his way but his trip has some strange occurances. Things that make you go hmmmmm... what is next. Oh! Insert a twist. It would not be a V. Vaughn without twists.

I am enjoying this authors unique stance towards true mates. The storyline for this series has layers of mystery which keeps me happily entertained. True mates are found, some are more than they bargained for, and some don’t seem to have the good intentions, yet all of it is greatly fulfilling its duty to hold a readers attention. Part three needs to be read! All my reviews are always voluntarily written.

It pretty well takes up where book pne finishes.
There’s definitely a lot going on in this quick read
that kept my turning the pages.
There’s definitely chemistry between the characters
twist that you do see coming that turner what you thought
you know around.

Definitely a lot going on in this series. I highly suggest reading this series in order. We learn more about some of the characters. Watch some find their mates. But finding or knowing who they are isn’t easy. Some will have to fight for it, be very patient and believe that things will work out. Lots of twists and I expect a lot more with book three. It definitely leaves you with a big cliffhanger.

It’s a fun premise and a quick read. This is a serial series, so there’s no resolution for the characters; you’ll need to keep reading the next books to get a full story. There’s multiple povs and multiple storylines going on. I’m enjoying how the story is going so far, and look forward to seeing how these characters will end up and come together. Love the shifter aspect and magic stuff is great. Nice flow to the story.

Nope nope nope... stop Vaughn please... no more cliffhangers, I'm dying here. Part two will definitely knock your socks off with it's huge cliffhanger.
And the series keeps are rocking. Aubrey is finally taping into her powers. But can she do what they say she can do and help find her brother. Max is just having a grand time of driving to Maine to see his true mate. And if he would listen to a few witches along the way. He wouldn't be confused as he is now...

This is the second book 📚in this next generation and the stories just keep getting better. This book is filled with action and intrigue, it's entertaining and the chemistry between the characters is wonderful. I can't wait for more from this author. I received this book as a FREE ARC copy to read and I voluntarily leave this review.

Frustratingly Left Wanting More
These books just aren’t long enough. This story is so big, and excellently written into a creative masterpiece with undercover agents, were Bear’s, true mates, romance, magic, twins, triples one two three. So captivating that I virtually read in one go. Please write quicker I need to know what happens between Max and Josie!! Wow!!

This second part of the story has some definite twists you don't expect. It definitely leaves you eager to see where it goes next as everything that seemed to be the case in the first part is being turned on its head. It is a great time to start the series and catch all the excitement.

This is the second book in the series and we find out that Audrey has magic, although it took her longer to discover it than her siblings took. Even though this is a lunchtime read size book there is plenty of action packed into it. We watch as Max is on the way to Audrey and the things he has to deal with. I voluntarily reviewed a complimentary copy of this book

That was intense. Now I'm curious about the reaction Max had to Josie. Could it be Max's connection to Audrey and perhaps Josie is the true mate of one of her brothers? Well I'm happy for Madison and I'm glad she is questioning some of the info from Josie.

This book is by far the better of the two I read. Although, to read it, you must read the first book for background information. I’m really intrigued with Josie, Max and Audrey and how they will manage the connection. Looking forward to the third book and hoping some of it will be explained.

I like this book but the 1st 3 chapters are a repeat of the last 3 chapters in Part 1. Very short story. On to Part 3.

Mysterious and riveting shifter romance. Audrey's found her magic; is Max plagued by magic or more? Love how more is revealed yet questions still abound. I'm caught up in this series and awaiting the next installment!
