Yeschke, a former FBI interrogator, wrote his envision of how a successful interview should be conducted to uncover truth and eliminate deception. This informative how-to-guide provides countless accounts of Yeschke's previous career and introduces various techniques of rapport building, a general list of varying beneficial questioning methods, and describes a useful technique created by the FBI to question any individual character. Yeschke argues the importance of forensic interviewing rather than interrogating, and defends the usefulness of rapport rather than coercion.

I thoroughly enjoyed this guide and would recommend it to any colleagues interested in a field of interrogations, such as police, law, federal/state service and so on. Furthermore, I recommend to keep a note pad beside you because the guide is filled with informative tips that could be useful for any anticipated careers.
