Interesting book about the organizational change aspect of SAP projects.
The book basically is a huge toolbox with a lot of theoretical backgrounds.
Described projects are full SAP implementations and as these kind of projects are rare, you should make the tools somehow fit smaller projects.
Book can easily be used for non-sap projects, as long as it's process driven software implementations, you can use the book.
