You do not READ this book except in small doses. Not because of the writing. Because of the topic. But if you have ever "wondered" if you suffered from narcissistic abuse or KNOW you have, this book can be helpful. Painful. But very helpful. The narcissist excels at making YOU feel guilty, making you feel a failure, demeaning you while actually sounding like they are praising you. Assisting you in beating yourself up while looking to everyone else, s/he is doing the opposite.

If you aren't sure, you'll know after reading even a small portion of the book.

I've not read every page of the book. I haven't even looked at it in months. It's there when I need to.

I do recommend this book but hope you never ever need it.

Very short, but just what I needed for a couple of hours. A good fit for people of Judeo Christian faiths. Thanks Ms. Chan!

Good information, but overall not well written. Lots of grammatical errors and misspelled words.
