❤Missing pages of a diary by Simran Singh❤

This book is really awesome. As you started reading you didn't like to get out of it.some characters are so good that I feel me inside the book facing the situations coming. Even description of this book gives you the feeling of the whole but when you read the book it's like really happening in your surroundings. Some lines also bring tears if you are inside the book.

The character I feel inside is brother - samar. The way samar describes his sister simran really it makes cry anyone.

Story: This story is about simran Singh who was still in love with her ex. Rajat. Even after getting into other relation she was not happy. At last she gives her life. The most important role in simran's life is of Sara her friend for sharing all things. The story turn up with the letters coming up.....

Please read the whole book for unfold the story.

Great thanking to the author of this story @simran singh and may you write more books like this. Really amazing. Thank you very much.

So this is a story of an Indian college girl, Simran.. She died suddenly and after her death, her family got many letters and that's is the best part of the story. The another best thing about the story is that the story totally focused on Simran's death. Another thing is that this book contains 180 pages and this is best for recreation when you are out. Then the cover is aslo creative and totally based on story. The book also have some interesting lines which you'll find while reading. I loved the role of Samar aslo who is simran's brother.
Recommendation- Yes!

Format- eBook
The story starts with the mystery death of a girl in college named, Simran. She was a college student and according to her friends she committed suicide. The story is told from the perspective of Sara, who happens to be one of the six friends who met Simran at the last time, before her death. The thing that Simran took such a vast step to her life was not really been justified as there wasn't any solid reason or any sort of notes left by her. Though the inspection goes around and people start to accept it that it was nothing but a suicide. But the story takes a vicious turn, the mystery starts to deepen when her family members and friends start receiving letters anonymously. Now these letters are nothing but pages of a diary. The case of Simran reopens when her brother decides to get to the root of the reason behind her mysterious death and who is sending these letters.

The story has a vicious and cruel plot with many mysteries further unfolding themselves as the reader divulges into this tale. That's the general plot that ties the book together and theres much more to it, but I would not like to say much because it's definitely a type of thing you should go into without too many expectations and without knowing much about the plot and let it unfold for yourself.

The narration is simple yet vivid with clear descriptions. The central protagonist, Simran, though not being there physically was the strongest binding force of the story. It was a thriller and I loved it though I thought the end could have been a little better but nevertheless it was a good read.
I'd like to thank the author, @simransingh for providing me with a review copy of this book.

the plot created by the author is quite interesting and creative. First half of the story is knit in loose threads but the second half is gripping. I read the whole book in one sitting. The characters are interesting and well thought after. Each feeling of the characters is put out honestly. For example, Simran goes after looks and even calls the guy'as ugly as a South Indian'. Here Simran may sound offensive but thats who she is, and the author is very clear in conveying it. The climax of the story is excellent. For a debut, the author has done a wonderful job, only thing is if grammatically it could be correct, would have enjoyed and understood it better. All in all, an interesting plot, nice characters, good locations well thought-well written.

❤Missing Pages Of A Diary By Simran Singh❤
Genre: Psychological thriller
.
Plot: Simran Singh is the college student who die in mysterious circumstances. Family and friends recieve letters shortly after her death. The character's brother Samar is determined to know truth behind the death and the letters. He discovers his sister's missing diary in uncalled setup.
The story has been set in different locations including Delhi, Pune, Goa and New Zealand. It revolves around a girl simran who likes travelling. She wanted to be independent women but she fell for love and make wrong decisions which family doesn't support.
.
My Opinion: First of all, while reading the book I think the concept used in the book is like 13 reasons why, only here the difference is: there were dvds and are letters. Initially, though the concept is same but the plot & storyline is completely different & talks about things which are completely different. Rather calling a novel I would call it a novella because it was short than a novel and long than a short story. The book is merely 180 pages & completely focuses on the central character simran. The author took extreme care to reveal facts or truths slowly, one after other & the actual truth is only revealed in the end. The plot felt filmy & spicy & it was an real entertaining read. The cover is good be it could be more creative because the title is powerful. .
Pros: The book has an interesting & amazing plot line so you can complete the book in a single go. If, you are looking for an interesting read then this is for you but make sure this isn't like diary of a young girl, it new, different & unique. The language was really simple without any use of complex words. Beginners even can pick this up. The main protagonist Simran was really crafted well. I do recommend it.
Cons: The storyline and the end could be more strong. Narration should be more focused next time. I initially loved the book it was an short refreshing read.

Missing pages of a diary by Simran Singh
Simran is a college student who dies in mysterious circumstances. Family and friends recieve letters shortly after her death. The character's brother Samar is determined to know the truth behind her death and the letters. Will he succeed in finding the reason that pushed his sister over the edge ?
The plot revolves around Simran, her abusive father and her boyfriends along with travels to places like Pune, Lonavala, Goa and New Zealand. They say we must not speak ill of the dead, yet I couldn't get myself to feel sorry for the Portagonist Simaran's charecter. She came across as a selfish, ungrateful girl who was completely dependent on her boyfriends inspite of being intelligent. The other characters were ok, but Sara's was my favourite. I also liked the entire New Zealand training part. The places were well described and made me want to visit them . Overall a good book which would have been more enjoyable if it wasn't for the grammatical mistakes. With proper editing I'm sure this book and its author Simran have immense potential. I'm looking forward to the part 2 of this series.
Recommended for lovers of travelogues, thrillers and mystery genre.

Book Title: Missing Pages Of A Diary: Mystery Story of Indian college girl
Author: Simran Singh
Format: Kindle

Book Title:
The title of the book ' Missing Pages Of A Diary: Mystery Story of Indian college girl ' is very descriptive.

Book Cover:
The cover image of the book is a young man sitting alone and reading in at the dusk time. There is no relation between the title and the cover image. I wonder what made the author choose this image.

Plot:
The story is about a young girl Simran, who always craves for own freedom as she is already stressed up with her foolish father and his unruly customs. Due to this she starts making friends from various places and only later realizes that her choices ran into errands. As life goes on one day she is found missing and dead. After her death, a series of letters are received by the family and thus the case of solving her death starts. Her brother takes the initiative to solve the case. While solving he comes across dark secrets that his sister has hidden. What are those? How was she killed?

What I like:
1. The mysterious plotline
2. The author's attempt in maintaining the twists very sensibly and at the correct time.
3. The dark truths that young girls face due to friends and family in some unknown situations.

What I didn't like:
1. There are grammatical errors which could have been avoided with good editing.
2. Though the narration was found engaging during the start of the book, it falls flat as the story comes to end.

Characters:
All the characters are plotted well.

Narration:
The narration is good. Due to some drawbacks, it falls flat during the climax of the story.

Language & Grammar:
Though normal English is found, grammatical errors created disinterest while reading.

My Final Verdict:
A onetime easy read.

Book Title: 2/5
Book Cover: 1/5
Plot: 2/5
Characters: 2/5
Narration: 2/5
Language & Grammar: 2/5
Final Rating: 2/5

Its a story about girl's suicide in mysterious condition and her letters are revealing the reason behind her suicide. Theme is on Tragic love story. I will sum up as “loneliness” in one word. Writing style is in everyday language and easy to understand. Areas covered here is broad like each character has been developed beautifully, interaction between all the characters, love triangle, letter to her mom and dad is both touching and fierce, samar as a brave guy.
The story is unique in terms of the suspense it creates through the “letters”. Though I can suggest the few New zealand places were tough to locate and recognise. Author successfully carrying the purpose of book especially the ending part. Overall, It is amazing piece of work considering in its debut writing.

The story revolves around the death of a girl named Simran. The death is perceived to be a murder but the arrival of certain mysterious letters changes the course of the matter. The protagonist's brother takes it on himself to uncover the truth. And so begins the quest...
The plot was really promising and the story had its fair share of twists and turns to keep you turning the pages.
The only difficulty for me was the erratic flow of the story. Other than that the book was a really good one.

A good psychological thriller penned by a debut author. The story revolves around the death of a college girl named Simran and the letters her parents and friends receive after it. The story moves through those letters. It was really interesting. The characters were really strong and the plot was really interesting. Considering it author's debut attempt, she really needs a big applause. Currently the book is available in kindle format only. I wish for a paperback version too for giving it another read as digital reading is not my cup of tea. But still i read this 180 pages book in my phone. It was really a page turner to make me do that.
I recommend this book.

Missing Pages of a Diary by Simran Singh is a story about a girl Simran Singh and her mysterious death. Murder mysteries have always fascinated me and I enjoy most of them unfortunately I can't say the same for this one. I liked the plot but the narration and writing style didn't do justice to the story line and could've been better. The format feels like that of a travel journal because our protagonist travels a lot. And this very same travel journal unravels the truth behind Simran's death.
I wish the book had a better and more impactful cover. This one is not doing justice to the book at all.
The plot was quite interesting and had potential I just wish the execution was better.
