About the author

Dan Sullivan was raised in La Grande, Oregon where he spent his youth enjoying great adventures exploring the endless roads, streams, and trails of the Blue Mountains. Soon after graduating from Oregon State University, however, he discovered the rest of the world. He has traveled extensively through Europe, Asia, Central America, Mexico, and the Caribbean.
His published works include Travels with Amy, The Greatest Patriot, and the soon to be released Downwind Run.

Dan lives in Boise, Idaho with his wife Amy and their two children, Abigail and Kevin.

Closer to 3 1/2 stars from me; fast-paced, clever novel that felt a bit too predictable for me by the end, but I enjoyed it nonetheless.

This book was a pleasant surprise. The story moved along quickly. The character development could have been better, and at times the dialogue was a little corny, but overall a good story.
