Danielle Green was born and raised in Flint Michigan. A single mother of three beautiful daughter. She grew up on the North side of town where crime and murder were a everyday occurrence. After loosing way too many friends and family to the streets she decided to tell her story in hopes of deterring future generations from getting caught up in the same streets that she barely escaped. Wanting something better for herself and her daughters she turned to books, both reading and writing.

Dr. Danielle Green’s book provided a glimpse into a world I didn’t understand or have any real knowledge of. I am married to someone who feels the mystical call and organized his life around that call. Danielle’s book helped me understand the intensity and urgency that comes with the call as it presents itself in my spouse. So much of our relationship made better sense to me after reading this book! I was fascinated by the myriad ways the call can present itself to an individual, and how compelling it can be to follow it. The stories of people’s lives who have been affected by the call, including Danielle Green’s own story, was both compelling and illuminating. A really good read into the world of those who are called. Highly recommend!
