Enjoyable Read
HEAVEN CAN BE HELL was an entertaining read. It was not the usual type of book I'm used to reading by this author, but I lived the way she stepped out of her comfort zone and I enjoyed the story just as much as her other books.
Heaven definitely called out her pastor-husband, Averic and had this man doing some kinky stuff that made him uncomfortable and question himself when it came to the dos and don'ts of a couple even when said couple is married.
It was enjoyable reading how Heaven was able to work her magic but that same magic was also what puts a rift in their relationship.
Sometimes Heaven really can be Hell. This book is a mixture of romance with a little humor, while it raised many thought provoking questions about what is and isn't acceptable in a marriage. Kudos Pat!

Averic spent much of his married life in the same way he did his spirituality callus and disrespected. But there comes a time when a boy grows up and becomes the man God has called him to be. I love when a flawed character grows up or not, either way both make for good storytelling. Sometime when we get together in our relationships it’s for a season of lust, but when it’s time for a season of eternity you will know it and baby that is when a romantic story gets really good.
I totally enjoyed this story of redemption and forgiveness, G’Orge – Walker did a great job writing this short. In her comedic way the characters will have you laughing and wondering can heaven truly be as different as we ever thought.

Excellent
Heaven was not your average 1st Lady. Matter of fact she was far from the description of a 1st Lady. Rev Averic Domingo once a do as I say not as I do minister was once a wild child. When he met Heaven he didn’t wait until they were married, he walked on the wild side and spent some wild nights with Heaven. Once he married Heaven, he decided to be the upright minister and wasn’t about the kinky sex anymore. Heaven ended up leaving him, but came back. Was it to amend the marriage or to get a divorce. You have to read it in order to find out. This was a really good short book. Finished it in no time.

As always, Ms. Pat G'Orge-Walker never disappoints with her books. I thoroughly enjoyed this book. The question asked is the marriage bed defiled, I think not within reasonable boundaries between husband and wife. Kudos to Ms. Walker for her enlightening and exceptional writing. This was a cute novella by this author. The storyline gave a lesson in how to live by God's Word and not in your flesh. There were humorous lines b the characters in the story. Aunt Peaches was hilarious. Most people can relate to having an aunt that is like Aunt Peaches in their family. I know I can say we had one or two in my family.

Good read
I is my opinion the what is done in the marriage bed between consenting adults, is between them. No one should tell them what is the right of wrong way to treat each other. If both consent to kink then kink it is and I'm happy for them. However you didn't answer your own question and I didn't like how it ended.

I loved this book. Not a typical Pastor and First Lady,
but truly inspirational. We are all different and God loves and accepts us the way we are. Pastor Averic loved his wife and came to accept her, “as is” Most importantly, Heaven came to realize that she was more than a body for pleasure. Yes, the marriage bed is undefiled.

Thought Provoking
I personally enjoyed reading this book. Often times Christian s are confused about sex. I, however believe the marriage bed is undefiled but some may have personal convictions. But your personal convictions should not be released it forced on others.

A very realistic story of how marriages are. An issue that depicts the reason why the divorce rate is so high among church folks because we fail to seek true counsel that affect us. I love it because it was real.

Interesting, just to short
Always enjoyed this author books, this one was just a little to short, but I enjoyed it. I thought Heaven was a great name for Heaven. Aunt Peaches was on point. The Rev loved Heaven. Good for him.😉😉

Enjoyable
Enjoyed seeing the author stretch out beyond what she normally writes. Averic and Heaven's story spoke volumes about how Christians misinterpret the Bible when it comes to marriage.

I just enjoy all of this Authors books. The humor is hilarious. Ms Walked is my all time favorite.I hope she writes some more Sister Betty books.
