This is a very slim booklet from 1984. I've been reading a ton of books on birdhouses, hoping to make one of my own someday, so I just kind of flipped through this one since the information is so old. There are more relevant books out there but I did find some of the illustrations interesting, particularly Figure 15 showing Aids to Inspection and Pest Guards. Very quick reading.
As the title implies, in this book, Scott D. Campbell presents a number of designs for constructing homemade bird houses. I'm an amateur hobbyist photographer, I enjoy practicing wildlife photography, I intend to construct a handful of homemade bird houses specifically because I hope to have several different species of birds living in close proximity to me so that I'll be able to photograph them. If you enjoy assembling homemade crafts projects, and if you enjoy viewing different species of birds, you will enjoy this book.
