Blair is called to Honey Creek to bury her grandmother. She learns she is the only heir but there are stipulations. She must move to Honey Creek or forfeit the estate. How will she survive in a small town. She meets an elderly lady on her bus ride to Honey Creek. And that starts the ball rolling. She finds a way to make a living and meets her childhood sweetheart. She checks out the home her grandmother willed to her and while she wondered through the house the fragrance of her grandmother lingered throughout the house. Soon it became apparent Grandma's spirit filled the rooms. Love comes to Blair in many forms. Blair's mother was young when Blair was born and because of her grandma Blair was not aborted. She realizes much is given, much is expected and befriends many young women in a crisis. Love and compassion fills the pages of this book.
For a new writer, this is a very good book. She keeps you interested all the way through the book, lots of twists and turns, I will definitely read her next book.
