This play, based on a bonkers, real life twitter feud between Azealia Banks and Grimes about Elon Musk and expanding to involve the the mayor of Los Angeles, the SEC and Jay-Z, is a hilarious and inventive display of creativity.
All five acts of lunacy, acid trips, alleged short selling, attempted murder and other crimes are written in iambic pentameter and rhyme. Recommended to anyone with an appreciation for the surreal.
Nonsensical and hilarious in the way only Shakespeare and pop culture can be: this smart little play has enough barbs and backbiting to perfectly suit its subjects. Will be pretty much incomprehensible to those not in the know about the premise... but if that's the case you're probably not the target audience. I particularly liked Siri as a sort of greek chorus. She's always listening after all.
