The CO-D4 virus rages the globe, leaving weary survivors and infected who roam the streets. In the aftermath of the pandemic, Doctor James Ung finds himself in a new type of world. A quiet one. Almost as if everything is put on pause. The global distribution of the vaccine breeds a different outcome other than hope. Those who receive it fall into a deep coma. Ung along with Major Tom find an ally in Ella Hoffman, a displaced survivor from another camp. Time is running out and they are clueless as to what will happen when the inoculated survivors wake. Together with a few others, they make plans flee the city to find a safer place to live. That is if a safe place even exists.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

The zombies in this series aren't the usual stereotype. I like how there are different variations and how they are almost evolving, depending on how they died and how they came back to life.

It's interesting how each book introduces new characters who have their own stories, alongside the main characters and their journey.

I'd like more chapters with Grant and Clay and from their POVs but Major Tom and Ella have become my favourite characters.

There is a running joke and multiple references to the song Space Oddity by David Bowie because of Major Tom and now I have the song stuck in my head, on repeat 😂.

New problems keep developing and I look forward to finding out how they'll be solved.

Good but full of grammatical errors

Ms. Druga, a talented author apparently without an editor. Great storyline, intriguing characters and an action packed Zombie Apocalypse Series that is so full of misspelled and misplaced words along with grammatical errors or sentences that just don’t make sense at all it makes you wonder how the book ever even ended up in publishing.
