This book is slightly outdated in 2019, BUT there are definitely parts that are so incredibly relevant and important for any mother to read.

Although dated (it was published in the 70s and it is difficult to get a copy), it provides a frank discussion of the pressures our society places on mothers. A great read, I think, for anyone who has just had a baby.
