I’m an avid reader, but even I have had only a handful with some remainders of books I’ve read in one day! I could NOT put it down. I’ve also highlighted and ear marked so many things to revisit and dig deeper into. Bruce Pitcher isn’t a new face in this world, many know him from his episode on Extreme Weight Loss. But this is the first time the public (outside of his coaching groups) you get a very in depth look at who Bruce is. From abuse and neglect, to gaining and loosing, overcoming adversity and sinking deep into depression. I’ve cried for him and laughed at moments, but in all of the many emotions you go through - the one thing I fee most is gratitude. For him to share so much gives me hope that one day I can share my whole story too. He’s a phenomenal human and all of the lessons he has learned are in there for your benefit. Use them to dig deeper inside you and find your passion.

Don't define who you are based on what others think.

I loved this book. Bruce gives hope to everyone who has ever thought that they weren't good enough because of what others made them feel. He's a ray of sunshine and I am so happy that Chris & Heidi brought Bruce into the public's eyes.

Great read!

I have been following Bruce since his time on the show with Chris & Heidi but had forgotten about all that he has gone through. This book lays it all out there and just proves what an amazing person he is with all that he has gone through.

Good inspirational read. Read it in an afternoon. A bit repetitive at times, but I like reading any motivational stories and if I get one thing out of it, I'm happy. It was worth my time to read.
