This is a valuable booķ for anyone. The autbor raised inspiring questions, "But what if cancer is also a gift? Perhaps it’s an opportunity to press the reset switch, reinvent ourselves, grow, embrace humility, and learn self-compassion.

This is a useful book very inspiring. The author pointed out, "Having cancer may seem like wrongness, a mistake in our grand plan of life. Certainly, it was a totally different reality than what I had in mind. But what if cancer is also a gift?" The meditation guides you to obtain your peacefulness during struggling with a sickness.
