This book was released over 10 years ago but the basic principles are still relevant. The author, a fitness expert of some sort from the UK, worked in the modeling business years ago. Very small portions, eating fruit/beans sparingly and only after 6pm, meat and dairy over starchy veggies are some of the principles to keep ones belly flat and bloat-free especially for special occasions. The book has a section with simple crunch like exercises and labeling posture types. The only real takeaway was the different causes of bloating.

This book would not benefit anyone on a vegan diet. I didnt attempt the meals albeit simple because I am attempting a vegan lifestyle of my own. The meals focus largely on meat and dairy and forgoing or limiting beans starches for 5 days to achieve weight loss and fight bloating. I did learn to watch my portions but not the portions suggested in the book (ridiculously tiny), small frequent meals, and modest late night snack of fruit.
